Today, Big Idea company presents a set of fine-grained projects in 7 countries, established and driven by the idea of simplicity and convenience of payment, innovation, and transparency schemes. In the contour of the group: 5 payment licenses, and 4 certified processing centers. We support merchants in every Internet segment from the first idea to start selling online to all the following steps to enter the international arena. Today, we help clients to receive payments with the help of 5 product solutions for different types of businesses.

Responsibilities

Account onboarding and lane implementation

  • Build relationships with senior Accounts stakeholders to gain insights into their most urgent business problems while articulating Big Idea’s capabilities.
  • Research and shape potential solution opportunities through collaborative engagement with internal sales, product, delivery and marketing experts to formulate and effectively position solution proposals.
  • Create comprehensive client business plans and engage in complex deal negotiation to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
  • Engage in complex deal structuring and negotiation efforts designed to protect existing business and win new deals.
  • Own and lead merchant support team.
  • Listen to the voice of the customer to identify issues and pain points, and build customer-focused solutions.
  • Create requirements and operating procedures to scale and standardized resolution paths.

In The First Week, Expect To

  • Onboard and integrate into Big Idea while independently starting to study and learn the Big Idea product suite.
  • Become acquainted with your product area, the product goals, and those you will partner with.

In The First Month, Expect To

  • Cooperate with top profitable merchants to organize and prioritize your backlog.
  • Start collaborating closely with your development team.

In The First Three Months, Expect To

  • In cooperation with the customer support team maintain all the merchants, working collaboratively to complete quarterly planning.
  • Monitor and measure the success of your initiatives against company goals.
  • Continuously improve the team’s processes through meaningful contributions.

In The First Six Months, Expect To

  • Work alongside Senior Product Managers to discover new product opportunities for your backlog.
  • Work across the Product team to measure and refine the roadmap, backlog, and processes to make improvements over time.
  • Constantly re-evaluate your roadmap’s alignment with the strategic goals of the business, adjusting where necessary.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of proven eCommerce experience in Sales, account management or business development.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets to analyze data as well as conducting research through various discussions with customers and teammates.
  • Ability to creatively craft solutions through data and a customer-centric approach.
  • Be humble, willing to learn, and do whatever is needed to help us accomplish our goals.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
  • You must be a world-class individual contributor to thrive at Big Idea. You will not be here just to tell other people what to do.

Work in the UAE - Dubai, relocation possible
