Our company is a large foreign corporation with a presence in Russia. We specialize in IT solutions.

Tasks:

• Develop and implement the company' s strategic plans in accordance with the goals and objectives set by the Board of Directors.

• Oversee the daily operations of the company and ensure that all departments are working effectively and efficiently.

• Manage the company' s financial resources and ensure that financial targets are met or exceeded.

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and government officials.

• Foster a positive and productive work environment that promotes teamwork, creativity, and innovation.

• Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth and expansion.

• + 30 employees in direct subordination.

Requirements:

• Bachelor' s or Master' s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.

• Proven experience as an Executive Director, CEO, or other senior management role in a large company.

• Excellent leadership and management skills, with a track record of achieving results through others.

• Strong business acumen and financial management skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders.

• Strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop and implement successful business strategies.

• Fluent in both Russian and English.

Conditions:

• Schedule 5/2 from 10-19 o' clock

• Salary from 650000 rubles (+ KPI)
