We are looking for an IT Recruiter to join our Team!

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements of new vacancy requests, conduct research of different labor markets, research and use various platforms for a job posting

• Perform search and selection of qualified candidates across the globe (Belarus, Ukraine, Poland, LATAM, USA) for tech and non-tech positions

• Conduct general interviews with candidates, participate in technical interviews, and qualify candidates during the interview process

• Work closely with hiring managers and other departments of the company

• Follow the existing recruitment processes and suggest improvements.

Position requirements:

• Experience in IT recruitment

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• B2 level of written and verbal English

• Time management skills

• Fast learner, adaptable, and result-oriented

• High level of responsibility.
