We are seeking a dedicated Quality Director to join our team. The Quality Director will be responsible for organizing and maintaining the quality management system, including quality assurance and quality control, ensuring legal compliance, and fostering a culture of quality within the company. This role plays a crucial part in preventing errors and quality issues, and developing employees in maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Quality assurance:

• Coordinating the creation and maintenance of policies, SOPs and other quality documentation.
• Сordinating of mandatory external trainings, including in the field of quality.
• Conducting internal trainings on applicable legislation and relevant standards.
• Organization and conduct of internal and customer audits.
• Development and implementation of CAPA.
• Coordination and implementation of validation programs.
• Current risk assessment of transportation operations.

Quality control:

• Quality control of current logistics operations.
• Ensuring legal compliance and licensing requirements for pharmaceutical turnover in the countries where the company operates.
• Regulatory support.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in field of quality of logistics/pharmaceutical distribution or manufacturing.
• Higher education.
• Additional certification in auditing and related fields.
