We are looking for an experienced Сhief Operating Officer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing current business processes, designing, and implementing new ones

• Collaborating with department heads in order to expand and scale project activities

• Developing and implementing business strategies, plans, and objectives

• Monitoring performance and taking corrective actions as necessary, as well as preparing detailed reports, both current and projected

• Maintaining and building trusted relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chief Operating Officer

• Understanding of systemic and process approaches to project management

• Knowledge of technologies and deep understanding of software and systems related to financial technologies

• Experience in implementing and managing OKRs and KPIs for analysis and development of effectiveness

• Experience in creating and optimizing business processes

• Financial management skills, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation

• Excellent organizational and managerial qualities

• English language proficiency.
