ENERSOK (a Project Company funded by Electricite de France (EDF), Nebras Power, Sojitz Corporation and Kyuden International ‘the Sponsors’) is proposing the construction and operation of the Syrdarya Combined Cycle Gas Turbine (CCGT) Project (the ‘Project’), a new gas fired Independent Power Plant (IPP) with a power generation capacity of 1,600 MW.

The Syrdarya CCGT Project is located in Boyovut district, Syrdarya region, Uzbekistan.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the interfaces with the lenders, including cash drawing and reimbursement schedules Manager (operational management) the Structured Financing analyst resources assigned to the Project financing modeling, internal process, due diligence and support to the execution of the project financing.

2. Manage the different modules of the finance work stream and in particular the tax and sccounting standards' aspects.

3. Coordinate with the sponsors/SPV Teams on information and actions to be taken after financial close: resources scheduling and preparation of debt anf lender management process.

4. Optimise/restructure/refinance projects during their life if needed.

5. Ensure compliance with lenders required documentation,

6. Advise the SPV board on all issues related to financing and lender requirements, ensure the SPV and project governance respond to Lender requirements.

7. Maintenance the financing plan and provide financing inputs to business plan.

8. Contribute to the Project Team on the business bankability aspects of the project contracts (PPS, EPC, O& M, insurance, SHA with partners), in particular by risk migitation workshops (financial risk coverage, insurance, diimesioning of contractual penalties). This contribution will be made in close collaboration with the Legal Department under the supervision of the Operational Contrating Manager.

9. Propose, select and manage the project' s Financial Advisors and External Consultants (in support of Lenders' due diligence processes).

10. Ensure development scope and schedule includes deliverables required by Lenders (eg., soci-econoomic impact studies and etc).

Reports to:

1. Prepare the requested reporting elements, regarding costs (eg., reporting actual costs, committed costs and forecast vs. Project budget) and finance of the Project.

2. Support to prepare Quarterly unaudited FS.

3. Provide required information for Finance Team (CFO) so that he/she can generate cash call forecasts and other tasks.

Requirements:

• Master' s degree in accounting/finance or equivalent.
• Proven experience in finance management.
• Good communication skills.
• Strong leadership qualities.

• Sound knowledge of accounting fundamentals.
• Auditing experience.
• Compliance oriented.
• Proficiency in accounting software.
• Analytical skills.
