We are now looking for Logistics Manager.

What You’ll Do

To drive Best in Class (BIC) supply chain management:

• To drive replenishment strategy for multi-channel business and own Supply Chain management (incl. inventory management) processes including monthly/weekly/daily activities to support optimal inventory levels, to track performance
• To run regular Rough-Cut Capacity Planning with logistics/ WH/Services providers, anticipate what-if scenarios and prepare response plan including partnering with Logistics/WH providers
• To own Budgeting process for Logistics/WH areas
• To run Import Logistics activities to ensure product availability, optimal inventory
• To support new channels/products launches from Supply Chain point of view

To optimize supply chain/delivery services

• To run full project management life cycle for Supply Chain optimization projects (feasibility check, business case defense, implementation, hyper care)
• To drive customer-centric improvements in Supply Chain/Delivery Services

To collaborate with Logistics/WH partners internally and externally to build effective supply chain

• To own and revise Business concept/SLA ownership with Logistics/WH providers
• To run regular Rough-Cut Capacity Planning assessment with logistics/ WH/Services providers
• To create and run Joint value creation business plan (with both providers)
• To drive Loss Analysis in Logistics/WH area to support ADC with Cost/Cash optimization

Key Requirements

• Education: Master' s degree preferably in Engineering / Economics / Management / Finance
• Years of experience, both overall and any industry-specific experience needed: from 6 years of experience, min 2 years with industry-specific experience
• Solid Supply Chain management experience in international supply chains and new product/channels launch experience is a must
• Project management experience: practical examples are needed
• Experience of relationships management with external parties (ex: Suppliers, Customers, Logistics providers, etc.)
• Systems fluency is a must (SAP)
• Excel mastery is a must
• Strategic thinking and ability to think ahead on building pipeline of strategic projects
• Other qualifications/certifications: fluent English is essential E-commerce apps (Magento, Adobe Experience Manager) will be a plus
