We are looking for a passionate and methodical Junior/Assistant Project Manager, eager to learn and grow in the iGaming industry. As a Junior/Assistant Project Manager you will be accountable and ready to take on the challenge of supporting in managing projects within our company ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards. You are an instrumental part of the team, helping facilitate collaboration, providing support and ensuring smooth execution of projects. You thrive in dynamic environments, remaining flexible and stress-free even when faced with multiple tasks. The preferable locations are Georgia, Armenia, Poland, Serbia, Romania but it could be fully remote work (with the location in CET zone only).

What You Do

• Collaborate closely with the Head of Games Delivery and Senior Project Manager to ensure smooth project execution and alignment with overall priorities.

• Raise tasks into our project management system and work towards the elimination of blockers.

• Aid in game content collection and coordinate translation requests to ensure a smooth workflow.

• Assist in the coordination of tasks and resource allocation within the game production line.

• Monitor the game production progress, keeping statuses up-to-date and adjusting plans as necessary to meet objectives.

• Support in backlog refinement, sprint retrospectives, and planning sessions.

• Schedule and moderate meetings to enhance collaboration.

• Assist in maintaining project documentation within dedicated spaces to promote efficient project management.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of project goals.

• Assist in risk management by identifying potential risks and proposing mitigation strategies.

• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines.

• Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies.
  
  What You Know

• 1+ year experience in project management and leadership in product IT companies

• Experience in coordinating tasks and updating statuses within a project management environment

• Profound understanding of agile methodologies and project management practices

• Proficiency in organizing and facilitating recurring meetings, including daily stand-ups and sprint retrospectives

• Ability to facilitate meetings in a remote (online) format

• Experience working (managing projects) in Jira/Confluence/Notion

• English proficiency B2/B2+

• Familiarity with iGaming industry terminology and understanding of the game development processes is a significant advantage.
