Caspian Oil Services Management Incorporation Kazakhstan (COSMI KZ) is hiring Junior Project Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

• Control of project management at all stages, from receiving an order to completing closing documents with the customer
• Supervision and coordination of the entire project management cycle: analysis of input data, planning deadlines, setting tasks, monitoring task completion, risk assessment, resource planning, identifying key problems Monitoring the daily progress of projects, Providing detailed updates to project managers or other stakeholders
• Work with contractors within your competence. Settlement of disputes
• Preparing or assisting in the preparation of production load schedules based on orders from clients ensuring full utilization of production capacity and labor productivity.
• Monitoring project management performance indicators and making necessary changes.
• Development of calendar schedules/project roadmaps, their weekly updating during the project.
• Preparing of reports on the progress of project implementation with planning & production team, presentation of results for project plans/ schedules.
• Coordinating the work of line personnel
• Coordinating with internal departments Project/ Engineering /Quality/Production & Administration
• Providing administrative support as needed.

Requirements:

• Fluency in English, Kazakh and Russian is required
• Education: Bachelor/Master’s degree preferable in Oil and Gas Engineering or another technical sphere
• Coordination and communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills, ability to work independently
• Report writing and summarizing skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with acute attention to detail
• Comfortable with working in team and individually.
