Обязанности:

Ensures the protection of the life and health of childrenduring the entire time of their stay in a Preschool

• Participates in organizing the life activities of children during the entire time of their stay in a Preschool

• Provides care for children during the entire time of their stay in a preschool (accompanying kids to treatment and preventive measures, walking, an excursion under the guidance of a teacher, supervision of children during classes in subgroups, in the absence of a teacher for operational reasons for a short time)

• Complies with the necessary conditions for the safety and health of children

• Responsible for the integrity and safety of furniture and equipment in the group room

• Implementing the Teacher’s lesson plans and maintaining daily classroom schedules

• Supporting each child’s social, emotional and intellectual growth and development

• Ensuring the wellbeing and safety of children at all times

• Using a variety of instructional and assessment strategies, as directed by the Teacher, to meet individual student needs

• Assisting students with assignments or difficult concepts

• Maintaining communication with parents, staff and faculty regarding the progress of students

Supporting teachers in maintaining calm communication in possible crisis situations and resolving those in a mature and respectful ways

• Provide basic needs for children during classroom activities as well during food breaks

• Provide tools and resources for children to use and explore during learning and play activities

• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the interests and learning styles of children

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with children and parents

• Manage classroom activities including lessons, play, breaks and meals

• Maintain a clean and tidy classroom, clean up their own classroom

• Provide appropriate supervision for children at all times

• Maintain inventory system for classroom materials and supplies

• Facilitate various activities for children including songs, games and storytelling

• Adhere to health/safety and sanitation procedures

• Female staff members assisting young children in physiological needs in respectful manner, including preparing for scheduled naps and assisting after naps with clothes changing/dressing up

Should have special or high school diploma in Education.

Условия:

Working days: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00.
