We are looking for a Senior Lawyer to join our dynamic team.

Your main tasks will be:

• Legal support of European, US and foreign companies
• Incorporation, reorganization and liquidation of companies in Malta, Latvia, USA, Cyprus, Singapore, etc.
• Registration of non-resident employees (residence permit)
• Legal support of M& A and R& D projects
• Personal TM registration
• Personal opening of an account in a financial institution.

We expect from you:

• IP law (Trademark\copyright\patent registration in the US, EU and etc.)
• Understanding international business and its needs
• Consumer and Data protection experience
• Fluent English and Russian
• Knowledge of European law/experience with European projects is necessary
• Knowledge of American law/experience with the United States projects is desirable
• Multitasking and ability to prioritize them
• The desire to develop yourself and the desire to find solutions for extraordinary situations.
