Required skills and qualifications.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering.
• Certified in ITIL and/ or Quality and Security would be appreciated.
• 5+ years’ experience of leading an operations management team within an IT capacity.

• Experience in working in global projects in matrix organizations.
• Experience supporting Microsoft operating system products (e.g., Office365, SharePoint, AD, MS Teams, and MS Office).
• Experience for Cloud Technology and Data center operations (Experience with Yandex Cloud and Data center operations).
• Excellent written and spoken communication in English, Russian.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Knowledge of software, hardware, computer operating systems, and other technical skills that allow for managing an IT infrastructure.
• Knowledge of Russian Federal law on personal data (no. 152-fz) and GDPR.
• The ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines while retaining good attention to detail.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Role and responsibilities
• Overall IT infrastructure support for Region .
• Managing the day-to-day operational and project tasks within the IT infrastructure team.
• Ensuring the IT function delivers the highest standards of internal customer service.
• Working to tight deadlines and providing high levels of technical support and compliance within the business environment.
• Working with Regional IT manager to ensure IT deliverables and compliance with all business audits.
• Direct project / IT teams (internal) and maintain control of progress, quality, and budget to meet the desired business objectives.
• Complying with the IT and information security policies, controls, and processes.
• Coordinate with business and technology partners for the day-to-day operational and project requirements by video call, mail, and phone.
• Coordinate with IT vendors for negotiating the best offers, the procurement process, and the delivery of IT hardware and software.
• Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Collecting and keeping all the necessary IT statistics (including inventory of IT infrastructure and software) and information.
• Collaborate effectively with other teams, IT Functions and other Domains in the organization.
