As the Portfolio Guideline Monitoring Specialist you will work closely with portfolio managers, analysts, compliance, risk, and portfolio onboarding teams to deliver precise operational support. Key Remits Guidelines: coding & testing Creating fund/account guidelines documentation by reviewing IMA, fund prospectuses or client SLAs. Working closely with Fund Managers, Risk and Compliance to ensure guidelines adhere to client/fund contracts. Ensuring proper restriction coding is in firm order management systems. Testing new and existing investment restrictions and ensuring applicable investment guideline updates are implemented in a timely basis. Experience Proven experience within guidelines workflow and/or guidelines documentation experience is required. Strong understanding of asset classes. Knowledge of derivatives (futures, swaps, forwards, etc.) needed. Knowledge of UCITS/ Mutual Funds would be a plus.
