Due to continued expansion and internal promotion, there are several opportunities for Senior Commercial Property Claims Handlers. Reporting to the Property Claims Team Leader, you will manage a portfolio of circa 250 files, from inception through to final conclusion.You will assist direct customers as well as brokers, to help navigate them through the claims process, whilst providing a first class level of customer service.You will be joining an established team, where you can benefit from the experience of others and also help to mentor and develop those less experienced than yourself.In addition, you will have a personalised career development plan, and you will be supported to reach your career ambitions. To be considered: You must be experienced in dealing with commercial property losses within an insurer environment. In addition, you will have a keen eye for detail, work accurately in a fast paced and ever changing environment.Whilst not a prerequisite, it would add weight to your application if you hold relevant professional qualifications, such as CII. In return, you will receive a basic salary in line with your experience up to £40,000. You will work just a 35 hour week, with hybrid working options post completion of induction and in-house training.
