JOB TITLE: Maintenance /Handy PersonLOCATION: The Podium Centre, Northgate Street, Bath, BA1 5ALSHIFT PATTERN: Monday – Friday PAY RATE: £15.00 hourDUTIESAll aspects of maintenance as required. You will be responsible for maintaining the appearance of our facilities by performing painting and decorating tasks & basic maintenance. This includes touch-ups, painting walls, and ensuring a fresh and welcoming environment for our customers. Handling minor plumbing tasks such as fixing leaks, taps, and other basic plumbing maintenance as required. Fixing/replacing locks Relaying slabs Responding to basic maintenance jobs as required. PERSON SPECIFICATION Prior experience in a similar handy person or maintenance role is preferred.
