Job DescriptionAs a Senior Chef de Partie at Searcys your main role would be to assist with the production of fine dining dishes, buffets and canape creation. If you like the excitement and variety that comes with events rather than producing the same menu each day then this may be the role for you. This is a great opportunity for a work life balance as this is a Monday – Friday and during the day, however we do sometimes have evening events.Full Time Monday to Friday £34,000Overtime paid over 40 hours ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook dishes according to the recipes and standards set by the head/sous chef; ensuring food safety standards are adhered to at all timesMaintain high quality standards for all dishes, ensuring presentation and taste is considered at all timesCommunicate effectively with all other team members and assist/support all colleagues where necessaryCollaborate with head chef to develop and taste new recipes, providing suggestions for improvement or innovationMaintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen including your designated area ensuring equipment is in good working order
