Overview:We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Care Assistants in Domiciliary set up.Duties:Assist clients with daily activities, including personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and groomingAdminister medication according to care plans and document accuratelyAssist with meal preparation and feeding if necessaryProvide companionship and emotional support to residents or clientsAssist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living areas and doing laundryEscort clients to appointments or social activitiesMonitor and report any changes in the physical or mental health of clientsMaintain accurate records of care providedRequirements:Excellent communication skills, both verbal and writtenPrevious experience in a care home or home care setting is preferredFluent in English languageAbility to follow care plans and instructions accuratelyValid driver's license and must own a carBasic IT skills for documentation purposesPlease note that we don't provide COS for this role.Schedule:8 hour shiftDay shiftMonday to FridayWeekend availabilityApplication question(s):Do you have a Car?Education:GCSE or equivalent (required)Experience:Home care: 1 year (required)Language:English (required)License/Certification:Driving Licence (required)Work authorization:United Kingdom (required)Work Location: On the road
