We work with some outstanding settings and you would be supported by some wonderful people that support children with additional needs. Previous experience in this area would be preferred. Job Duties: Provide one-on-one mentoring support to young individualsAssist in developing and implementing learning support strategiesManage and address challenging behaviours effectively Required Qualifications: Relevant experience in mentoring or youth supportStrong understanding of behaviour management techniques Education: Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualificationsAdditional qualifications in mentoring or education are desirable Experience: Previous experience working with young individualsDemonstrated success in providing learning support Knowledge and Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build trust and rapport with young peopleKnowledge of safeguarding and child protection policies Preferred Qualifications: Level 3 Diploma in Youth Work PractiseCertificate in Mentoring or Coaching Working Conditions: Full-time position, Monday to FridayWork primarily in educational settings or community centresOccasional travel may be required within the South East region All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
