We have an exciting opportunity with great pay and flexibility!Job Title: Band 6 Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) Location: Hereford Duration: 3 months ongoing Schedule: Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM Start Date: ASAP End Date: Ongoing Rate of Pay: £26 per hour Contact: Ozan Topbas – / What You’ll Be Doing: Join our team as a Community Mental Health Nurse (CPN) and play a vital role in supporting adults with mental health challenges. Your responsibilities will include:✔ Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments in a community setting. ✔ Developing and implementing personalised care plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. ✔ Providing evidence-based interventions to support patient well-being and recovery. ✔ Offering crisis intervention and risk management strategies to ensure patient safety. ✔ Liaising with families, social workers, and other professionals to deliver holistic care. ✔ Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records in line with NHS standards and guidelines. ✔ Offering guidance and psychoeducation to patients and caregivers.Requirements & Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need:✅ A current and valid NMC registration (Registered Mental Health Nurse – RMN). ✅ Previous experience as a Band 6 Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN). ✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ✅ The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team. ✅ A commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care. ✅ A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential.Working Hours & Contract Duration: This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 09:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
