On the Foundation Lead they need to be able to code, they need to have solid banking knowledge (i.e. understand terminology of corporate banking) and they need to have experience of data sourcing, solving data integrity issues and ideally comfortable with calculationsJoin us as a Foundational Lead in Strategic DeliveryJoining us in this intellectually challenging role, you'll lead the design and development of the data management strategy to support delivery of change and transformation projects for Commercial and Institutional (C&I) balance sheet managementYou'll be responsible for defining other foundational components for C&I belance management change and transformation activities, including economic calculation and modellingThis is an opportunity for you to join a collaborative team, where you'll be liaising with different areas of the business to broaden your network and raise your profile in the bankWhat you'll doYou'll play a key role in driving forward the strategic agenda for balance sheet management in C&l. You'll provide subject matter expertise to C&l balance sheet management Investment programme, along with internal and external stakeholders and colleagues. We'll look to you to build out a stakeholder network to support delivery of key outputs in line with agreed timelinesWell also look to you toDeliver kay balance sheet management strategic Investment prioritiesCreate and maintain internal governance for C&l balance sheet management tooling and processesDesign and embed a control environment for foundational components across C&l balance sheet managementDeliver project outcomes and services relating to foundational components for key C&I balance sheet management change and transformation projectsLand the accuracy and reliability of data acres C&l balance sheet management tools and processeThe skills you will needTo be successful in the role, you'll need experience working with data across many aspects of the bank, alongside excellent attention to detail. You'll have a strong understanding of C&I balance sheet management printies. Ideally you'll also have sndustry experience in a regulatory and commercial environment.With a background of working in teams engaged in relationship management or portfolio management activities, you'll also have the ability to multi task across several key deliverables and demonstrate a forward planning proactive approach to work.In addition, you'll needA comprehensive understanding of bank systems and processesThe ability to apply a continuous improvement philosophy across multiple dornainsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsThe ability to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders
