The ideal candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining our range of wastewater hire solutions, installing new equipment on customer sites nationwide, and performing fault finding and repairs on a variety of equipment, including electronic components. This role requires a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team in the field.Requirements- Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment, with a specific focus on fault finding in electronic components.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Willingness to travel and stay away from home for extended periods, possibly for the whole week, as job assignments require.- Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the business, standard 40hrs a week with opportunities for overtime.- Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical information in a clear and concise manner.- A valid driver’s license is required; a clean driving record is not necessary.- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications are highly desirable.- The right candidate should be able to demonstrate, through experience or hobbies, the necessary abilities and motivation to succeed both individually and as part of a team.Benefits- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Opportunities for professional growth and development within a dynamic and supportive environment.- The chance to work with a leading company in the field of wastewater treatment solutions, making a positive impact on the environment.- 23 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
