Job Title: Mandarin Sales & Design Consultant (Space Design Focus) Salary: up to £40,000 per year (plus commission & performance bonus) Job Type: Full-time on site, Permanent Key Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of client accounts, providing both sales support and design expertise. Develop design concepts, including drawings, material selections, and mood boards, tailored to client needs. Prepare quotes, process orders, and work closely with the Project Management team to ensure smooth project execution. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. Conduct on-site supervision to ensure design integrity and project success. Requirements: A creative eye with the ability to translate client needs into compelling design solutions. Strong sales and negotiation skills-you love closing deals and exceeding targets. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects at once. Willingness to visit client sites and oversee project progress. Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus but not essential. Fluent in Mandarin & English (essential).
