This mid-market firm, with a strong national brand, has made great strides in the London market over the last 12 months. To build on the success of their existing finance practice, and growing London corporate offering, their focus is now on attracting a prominent figure in the acquisition and leveraged finance space to lead the London finance team. The incoming person will play is a pivotal role in solidifying and enhancing the firm’s finance practice and a proven track record in team management and business development are key. The team advises on corporate lending, acquisition finance, asset-based lending, real estate finance, leveraged finance, and restructuring & insolvency, as well as structured finance and fintech-related matters. They are particularly strong in real estate finance and private equity-backed transactions, with increasing activity in tech and innovation-driven sectors. Clients include some of the UK’s major banks as well as UK and non UK financial institutions, funds and alternative lenders, borrowers and private equity and venture capital investors across a variety of sectors. The firm are well known for their commercial and forward thinking approach and client service and have won many related awards. The mid and upper mid market firms in London, and nationally, continue to enjoy a period of growth and investment. In addition to this role we are working on a number of finance partner roles with mid market firms keen to expand and develop their finance practices.
