An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our well established high street opticians for an experienced Optical Assistant. We are looking for an individual that is well-presented, has great communication skills, has the right attitude and can provide our clients with exceptional customer service and an amazing eyewear experience. Previous optical experience is essential. An ideal candidate will have knowledge with passion for style, an eye for detail and the ability to work as a team as well as individually whilst adopting our core values of exceptional customer service and care is desirable. A proven track record of sales and customer service is essential. The ideal candidate will: Be Commercially minded and able to push the business forward Have Excellent customer service skills Have Excellent dispense skills at all levels Be Well organised & with administrative skills Requirements Ideal Candidate will have: A desire to provide the very best in quality customer care A charismatic personality with a positive attitude and energy A flair for fashion and style with an eye for detail The ability to be engaging and warm Enjoy working as part of a team & work on their own Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn Have a passion for luxury brands and quality products Experience: Optical: 1 year (required) Customer service: 1 year (required) Retail sales: 1 year (preferred) Job Type: Full-time Pay: Competitive based on experience Work Location: In person Benefits Job Type: Full-time with flexibility for Part-Time Salary: From £24,000 Schedule: 38 hours per week (Saturday availability essential)
