Behaviour Mentor Barking | Secondary School Full-Time | Term Time Only Start Date: September 2025 Ideal for Experienced Mentors, Youth Workers, or Those Aspiring to Work in Education or Behaviour Support Do you have the patience, resilience, and confidence to make a lasting impact on young people's lives? Are you passionate about helping students manage their behaviour and stay on track in school? We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Behaviour Mentor to join our dynamic and inclusive secondary school in Barking. In this vital role, you will work closely with students who require support in managing their behaviour, helping them to re-engage with learning and thrive within a structured, supportive environment. The Role: As a Behaviour Mentor, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students to understand and regulate their behaviour, build confidence, and develop positive relationships. Working as part of the pastoral and inclusion team, you'll support the implementation of behaviour strategies and promote a culture of respect and high expectations.
