SEN Teaching Assistant – Primary Schools | Southwark Location: Southwark, London Job Type: Full-time / Part-time Start Date: ASAP Salary: £90–£100 per day (PAYE – no umbrella faff) Got a calm head, a kind heart, and a knack for understanding kids who need that little bit more? We’re on the lookout for compassionate, switched-on SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with additional needs in welcoming Southwark primary schools. What you’ll be doing: Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils with SEND Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs Helping pupils access learning and build routine Supporting emotional regulation and communication Creating a safe, inclusive environment where all children can thrive You’ll be a great fit if you: Have experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, SEMH, etc.) Bring a patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Are confident working with EHCPs or happy to learn Can build strong relationships with pupils, staff, and families Have a DBS on the Update Service – or are happy to apply for one Why choose Protocol Education?
