Role Title: Datadog Architect Duration: 2 Months Location: Weybridge (Surrey) - Onsite with some home working Rate: £500 Per day - Umbrella onlyWould you like to join a global leader in consulting, technology services and digital transformation?Our client is at the forefront of innovation to address the entire breadth of opportunities in the evolving world of cloud, digital and platforms.Role purpose / summarySenior practitioner - Excellent standard of English and ability to travel/ work in UK Good technical writing skillsDatadog Strategy: Define and publish tagging conventions within DatadogPlatform Configuration: Help implement tagging conventions in Datadog Establish FinOps and RBAC Set up Integrations - traverse issues over "ownership" Carry out a Datadog "Audit" and Health Check, followed by remediation/ reconfiguration work Produce Dashboards/ monitoring practicesEnablement: Carry out training sessions / workshops where needed, 1-2-1 or group sessions Produce training materials/ documentation Produce Dashboards (single dashboard per service)Coverage: Determine where other capabilities are missing and help to implement (e.g cost data) Determine where data coverage is weak (APM, Serverless etc) and assist rollout Evaluate new capabilities around cloud costs and infrastructure security Sponsor complete integration and required "observability scorecards"One off Projects: Service Now/ Jira Integration Build key integrations for streamlining IM Define "failure" and integrate into Datadog for complete DORA metricsAll profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
