The role involves a mix of corporate support on M&A and private equity transactions as well as advising on commercial contracts, IP, IT, and data privacy matters. The successful candidate will work closely with leading partners on high-profile, cross-border transactions in fast-paced, technology-driven sectors. Requirements:England & Wales qualifiedTrained and currently working at a top-tier City law firmStrong academic background (minimum 2:1 from a top university)Experience in corporate support with exposure to IP/IT and commercial matters The firm offers an outstanding platform for growth, working alongside recognised experts in a dynamic and supportive environment.
