We’re looking for a commercially aware and customer-obsessed Junior Account Manager to join our growing Account Management team at Guider. This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their career who wants exposure to enterprise clients and the inner workings of a fast-growing startup.You’ll work closely with our Senior Account Manager and Director of Revenue to help manage a portfolio of global enterprise customers. Your focus will be on engagement and retention: resolving issues quickly, managing day-to-day communications, and identifying opportunities for upsell, expansion, and deeper product adoption.This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn fast and grow faster.
