Job Title: Stores Production Operative Location: Coventry Pay Rate: £13.00 per hour Hours: 8am-4pm, Monday to Thursday & Early Finish FridayKey Responsibilities: Assist with general production and assembly of metal components and equipment.Support the stores department by handling incoming and outgoing goods, checking deliveries, and managing inventory.Ensure materials are delivered to the shop floor in line with production schedules.Use basic workshop tools and equipment as needed.Maintain a clean and well-organised working environment in both stores and production areas.Prepare products for dispatch, including packing, wrapping, and labelling.Operate manual handling equipment (e.g., trolleys, pallet trucks) safely and efficiently. Requirements: Previous experience in a production or stores/warehouse role is highly desirable.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks.Reliable, proactive, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.Willingness to learn and take on varied tasks across departments.
