Voids SurveyorSouth-East London£27/h - £32/h PAYE Repairs and Maintenance Daniel Owen are proud to be representing a well-known social housing organisation based in the South-East London who are looking for a highly skilled Voids Surveyor to join their team for an ASAP start. They are looking for an experienced Surveyor who is experienced in surveying properties within a social housing repairs/maintenance setting. Carry out surveys and property inspections and oversee the delivery of subcontracted repairs to ensure repairs are highlighted and completed in accordance with agreed standards and time frames Ensuring value for money is achieved through the delivery of effective procurement and management of repairs Firm Understanding of Schedule of Rates for Building Works and building maintenance surveying background would be desirable Diagnosing the cause of complex faults and failures and post inspect works to ensure high-quality optimum works are delivered in budget, on time, safely and to a high standard whilst achieving and maintaining customer satisfaction KPI's. Previous experience working in the social housing/local authority sector Strong team player with excellent communication skills Proactive approach to work Proven track record for being Reliable and punctual Must hold a valid driving licence Key Knowledge: Social Housing, Building Contractor and local authority industry knowledge IT and Excel Literate
