The RoleWe’re hiring a DevOps-Focused Fullstack Engineer to work alongside our CTO, PM, and core engineering team.In the first 6 months, you’ll focus heavily on: Infrastructure ownership Cloud cost reduction Developer productivity Over time, your focus will gradually shift toward fullstack feature delivery and internal developer tooling.You’ll be instrumental in maintaining our reliability, observability, and deployment flow — while helping modernize the way we build software in the AI era. Application Process 1-hour interview and technical deep-dive with the CTO & PM 2-hour sanity-check do-at-home coding exercise 1-hour alignment call with the CTO & CEO Requirements️ What You’ll Be Doing Infrastructure & DevOps (70% at start) Own and evolve our Kubernetes (GKE) setup Reduce our GCP cloud bill through tuning and architectural improvements Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, secrets handling, TLS/DNS configurations Improve and maintain observability using the Open Monitoring Stack Implement automated testing infrastructure across backend and frontend services Shape and support internal developer workflows (Docker, Codespaces, Replit, etc.) Be instrumental in shaping our on-call process and participate in the rotation ‍ Fullstack Engineering (30% at start) Support and extend backend services written in Go Contribute to new features across the platform as needed Collaborate with engineers and our PM to debug, ship, and improve end-to-end systems Build internal tooling to assist other business functions ✅ What You BringMust-Haves You actively use AI tools like Copilot, Cursor, or Devin in your daily work 7–10 years of engineering experience with a strong DevOps focus Solid experience with Kubernetes on GKE and managing production infrastructure Proficient in Google Cloud Platform Familiarity with Go and backend service architecture Strong experience with ScyllaDB or Cassandra Comfortable building and evolving internal DevOps tooling Bonus Experience with GraphQL APIs Familiarity with vector databases and search systems Experience working with React (Remix) or similar frontend frameworks Benefits Why Join Us High-impact, ownership-driven role working directly with the CTO Autonomy to shape tooling, workflows, and future engineering hires Tight-knit team with a bias for action and deep trust in each other We're building with AI, not just for AI — you’ll help define what that means in practice Culture & Benefits Competitive salary with share options ➕ Monthly salary bonus (up to 30%) tied to sales performance and training satisfaction 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas week ✈️ Quarterly in-person Swarm Weeks across Europe
