Estate Enhancement Project Operative Location: Enfield, London Contract Type: Agency Working Hours: 36 hours per weekThe Role: Deliver a range of enhancement and maintenance works across estate communal areas Undertake tasks including: Carpentry (e.g. building boxed planters) Painting and decorating Pressure washing and external window cleaning Gutter cleaning and basic grounds maintenance Provide a customer-focused service as first point of contact for residents Maintain high productivity and quality standards Work independently or as part of a small team Represent the council professionally within neighbourhoods The Candidate: Proven experience in practical estate or property estate enhancement project operative work.
