Teaching Assistant – Tower Hamlets Location: Tower Hamlets Salary: £90 to £110 per day (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time, Long-TermAre you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs and making a real impact in the classroom? GSL Education is looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a nurturing and inclusive school in Tower Hamlets.Key Responsibilities: Support students with a range of special educational needs on a 1:1 or small group basis. Assist teachers in delivering personalised learning plans. Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment. Help manage classroom behaviour and promote student well-being. Requirements: Previous experience in an SEN or mainstream school setting is preferred. Compassionate, patient, and proactive approach to learning support.
