Job Title: Qualified Health and Social Care Teacher Location: East of England, Essex, BasildonJob Type: Permanent, Full-TimeSalary: £33,075 - £43,607 per annumJob Duties: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Health and Social Care lessons to studentsCreate and implement effective teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of studentsAssess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedbackCollaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and educational experienceMaintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and achievementsParticipate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills Required Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Health and Social CareDegree in Health and Social Care or related fieldKnowledge of the UK National Curriculum and teaching standardsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Education: Degree in Health and Social Care or related fieldExperience: Prior experience teaching Health and Social Care subjectsKnowledge and Skills: Understanding of health and social care principles and practisesAbility to engage and motivate students of varying abilitiesStrong classroom management skillsProficiency in using educational technology Preferred Qualifications: Postgraduate qualification in Education or Health and Social CareExperience working with diverse student populations Working Conditions: The role involves working in a school environment, following school hours and term dates.
