If you’re hands-on, safety-conscious, and eager to learn in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this is the perfect opportunity to kick-start your career with us.Role OverviewAs a Warehouse & Packaging Technician, you’ll work alongside a collaborative warehouse team to ensure materials are safely and efficiently received, stored, packed, and dispatched. You’ll play a key role in maintaining smooth operations across the site.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate forklift trucks to move products between production areas and warehousesLoad and unload delivery vehicles/containersPackage finished goods (e.g. ingots and weld rods) into drums, bags, pallets or other transport containersLabel products accurately and consistentlyEnter transactions into our SAP systemSupport stock counts when neededMaintain high standards of cleanliness and safety across work areasIdentify and report hazards, breakdowns, or maintenance issuesFollow 5S practices and manage your workload to meet shipment deadlinesWhat We’re Looking ForMinimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C/4 or equivalent, including Maths, English, and ScienceValid FLT licencePrevious experience in a warehouse environmentWhat’s in It for You?
