This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the seamless execution of cutting-edge technology solutions across telecoms and IT managed services.About the RoleAs a Project Coordinator, you’ll act as the central point of contact for customers throughout the delivery of multi-product solutions. You'll manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring they run smoothly, on time, and to the highest standards.Working closely with teams across engineering, procurement, scheduling, and delivery, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer satisfaction and project success.Key ResponsibilitiesBe the main point of contact for customers throughout the delivery journey.Coordinate and oversee small to mid-sized projects from start to finish.Track project progress, provide updates, and resolve customer queries.Schedule engineers and allocate resources effectively.Maintain accurate project documentation and data.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order fulfilment.Monitor budgets, identify risks, and escalate issues where necessary.Support account managers and mentor junior team members.Provide general administrative support to the Delivery team.
