This is essential, as the role involves travelling between clients’ homes.You should be confident working independently, have strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for supporting others.Key ResponsibilitiesYour duties will include (but are not limited to):· Providing personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and continence care including stoma and catheter care.· Use of equipment’s to provide care, such as hoists, slide sheets, wheel chairs, turntable· Supporting clients with complex care needs, particularly elderly individuals· Helping with daily living tasks: cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping· Prompting, administering, and collecting medication· Accompanying clients to appointments or social outings· Offering companionship and emotional support· Monitoring and reporting on changes to clients' physical and mental well-beingWhat We Offer· Competitive full-time salary: £23,400 per annum· Up to 20 hours of additional overtime available· Mileage paid at 30p per mile· Zero-hours, part-time or full-time contracts· Monthly pay· Full PPE provided· Paid induction training aligned with the Care Certificate· Ongoing learning and development opportunities· Clear career progression paths· Access to staff portal and smartphone app for rotas and handovers· Nest Pension Scheme· Annual pay reviews· Refer-a-friend scheme· Eligibility for the Blue Light CardRequirements· Full UK driving licence and access to your own car – essential· Previous care experience is highly desirable· Must have the right to work in the UK – we are unable to provide sponsorship· Must be reliable, professional, and committed to delivering high-quality careIf you’re ready to take the next step in your care career and want to join a supportive team that values its people, we’d love to hear from you.
