The work the employment team covers includes contracts of employment, TUPE, restrictive covenants, redundancy and employment tribunal claims and the appointed Employment Solicitor will be dealing with both contentious and non-contentious matters on behalf of employers and employees.THE CANDIDATE:Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with up to 5 years PQE in dealing with both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. Ideal Employment Solicitors will have a strong track record of dealing with all types of employment matters on behalf of both employers and employees.
