ASSOCIATE SALES DIRECTOR - KENSINGTONDove and Hawk are working in partnership with a multi branch independent agency who specialise in the sale and rental of prime central London property. They are searching for an Associate Sales Director to join their team at their Kensington office. This is a key leadership role, acting as Second-in-Command to the Managing Director. Duties/functions of the role: Oversee the Sales Department Build and expand Sales Business Conduct Market Appraisals, negotiate the best fee possible and gain instructions Follow up old Market Appraisals and maintain a high conversion rate Generate new business, be pro-active and source new leads List properties from the existing database/network Manage incoming enquiries and build and maintain relationships with vendors and buyers Carry out viewings of properties with prospective buyers Give feedback from viewings to the vendors and advise on marketing strategy Negotiate sales deals and progress the sale of properties once a price is agreed Deal with any sales issues that may arise Requirements of the role: Previous experience in a similar role within the real estate industry, minimum 5 years Landlord/Tenant Matters and Estate Agents expertise Prime Central London experience - specifically Kensington A proven track record of valuation experience and winning business A proven track record of hitting and exceeding targets Must be well spoken and well presented Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong IT skills Strong Communication skills Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities Knowledge of local property market trends in Prime Central London Salary budgets: £40,000 - £50,000 basic salary, £90,000 - £100,000 OTE Required working hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm NO WEEKENDSIf you are a Sales Manager or Director who is looking for their next role within a luxury independent property firm apply today or contact Sophie Knowles at Dove and Hawk quoting vacancy reference: 11290 Dove & Hawk Property Recruitment acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of permanent workers.
