Brand new role! Join the exciting and fast growing music team at this fantastic media boutique. My client has one of the leading music practices in London and are now keen to recruit a two to five year qualified music lawyer to assist with the workload of two highly regarded music partners. The team predominantly act for high profile artists / talent and advise on the full range of agreements including artist, recording, publishing, management, mixer, remixer and endorsement agreements. There will also be exposure to touring work, catalogue acquisitions and some high profile employment work in the music space acting for senior execs. Ideally you will have had prior experience of drafting and negotiating these types of music agreements but more importantly a strong commercial training and background and a willingness to learn and develop. Lawyers from City firms looking to make a shift will be considered as will lawyers currently in house at labels. There is plenty of work so there is no requirement to bring or develop your own work stream. A friendly, collegiate and informal team doing great work for top talent clients.
