The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in residential lettings, team management, and business development. You will be motivated to grow the lettings portfolio, win instructions, and ensure exceptional customer service.Familiarity with the local market and an ARLA qualification are advantageous.What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities): Leading and motivating the lettings team to achieve targetsConducting valuations and securing lettable instructionsGenerating new business and expanding the lettings portfolioDelivering high levels of customer service to landlords and tenantsManaging team performance and providing support and guidanceReporting on team and branch performance to directorsMaintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with legislation What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience): Proven experience in residential lettings (essential)Previous management experience, leading a team successfullyExperience in valuations and winning lettings instructionsNFOPP / ARLA qualification beneficial (not essential)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsStrong customer service focusConfident, articulate, and professional presentationAmbitious, self-motivated, and results-drivenKnowledge of Islington and surrounding areas advantageousFull UK driving licence essential; own car preferredThoroughly professional approach to estate agency What's In It For You?
