What you’ll be doing:Building and managing relationships with clients in the energy sector across Germany, Austria, and SwitzerlandSourcing, screening, and placing top talent for technical and commercial rolesManaging the full 360 recruitment cycle – from business development to candidate placementStaying ahead of market trends to become a trusted advisor in the energy recruitment spaceUsing your German language skills to engage with clients and candidates across the DACH region.
