Headed by 15 experienced partners, the team is collaborative, ambitious, and recognised as one of the leading practices in the sector. As part of this team, you'll have the opportunity to work on high-profile housing and regeneration projects across the country. The Role This position focuses on site acquisition and development projects, handling a wide range of property-related legal issues, including: Negotiating development agreements, conditional contracts, and option agreements Advising on title issues and drafting full reports on title Reviewing Section 106 agreements and planning consents (desirable but not essential) Drafting and negotiating plot, block, and phase leases and transfers Advising on SDLT, VAT, easements, and deeds of release Supporting larger projects, including joint ventures, regeneration schemes, leisure projects, and care developments You'll take responsibility for your own files, while also supporting colleagues and helping to mentor junior fee earners.
