Known for our bespoke approach, premium standards, and customer-first service, we’ve built a strong reputation as a trusted partner to contractors, architects, and developers.We are now seeking a dynamic, results-driven Group Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our growth strategy, strengthen our market presence, and drive the next stage of expansion.The Role: As Group Sales & Marketing Manager, you will sit on the senior leadership team and take full responsibility for shaping and executing DATIM’s sales, commercial, and marketing strategies. You’ll balance strategic leadership with hands-on delivery, working closely with the Managing Director and wider business to achieve ambitious growth targets.You will:Lead and inspire the sales team to hit revenue and growth targets.Develop and deliver innovative marketing campaigns to raise brand visibility.Strengthen relationships with key contractors, architects, and developers.Drive commercial excellence through pricing, contract negotiation, and account management.About You: We’re looking for a proven leader with a strong track record in sales and marketing, ideally within construction, Doorsets, Ironmongery, or related sectors.
