We have a number of Occupational Health Therapist shifts available across different settings in Ealing. Key Responsibilities Carry out comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical, psychological, and social needs. Develop and implement personalised treatment and rehabilitation plans. Support patients with strategies and adaptations to maximise independence in daily living. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including doctors, nurses, physiotherapists, and carers. Maintain accurate records and contribute to reports for care planning and progression. Requirements Degree in Occupational Therapy and HCPC registration (or equivalent). Experience working in healthcare settings (hospital, community, or private practice). Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Empathy, patience, and the ability to motivate and encourage patients. Computer literacy and ability to manage case notes effectively.
