This opportunity would be ideal for an Architectural Technologist / Senior Technologist with proven experience delivering multi-sector projects and who is confident using Revit and AutoCAD. Package:£45,000 - £55,000 per annum (Dependent upon experience)Healthcare supportHybrid Working (1 day working from home)Employee Assistance ProgrammeVolunteer day allowanceConsistent CPD, training, and development opportunitiesAttractive benefits package Office: Clerkenwell, Central London with Hybrid working 1 day per week from home Hours: Full-time, permanent position – Monday to Friday Duties:Deliver detailed technical drawings and specifications to building regulation standardsLead on project coordination with clients, contractors, and consultantsUndertake the Building Safety Act Principal Designer role where requiredManage and deliver multiple projects simultaneouslyMentor and support junior team membersContribute to maintaining strong client relationships and project outcomes Requirements:Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or related disciplineProficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and associated design softwareExperience as Principal Designer under the Building Safety Act, or readiness to step into the roleStrong practical knowledge of UK building and planning regulationsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively
