Secondary Supply Teacher - Oxford, OxfordshireMonarch Education Monarch Education is seeking passionate and flexible Secondary Supply Teachers to support our partner schools in Oxford, Oxfordshire. Role Overview:You'll provide lesson cover across KS3 to KS5, delivering your subject specialism and supporting across other subjects where needed. Whether you're seeking short-term supply or longer-term placements, we offer roles that suit your availability and career goals. Responsibilities: Deliver engaging lessons in your subject area and across the curriculum when required Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment Adapt teaching to meet the needs of different learners Ensure safeguarding and welfare of all students Liaise with school staff to support continuity and learning Provide feedback on student progress when appropriate Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent Experience teaching in UK secondary schools (KS3-KS5) Strong classroom management and communication skills A flexible and proactive approach to teaching A valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain one) Pay Rates: £140 to £160 per day for daily supply cover Paid to scale for longer-term roles Why Work with Monarch Education?
