This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graphic Designer to play a key role in the coordination, communication, and delivery of all creative assets required for successful product launches.The RoleAs part of the Creative Department, you'll help create and adapt visual content for marketing and sales initiatives, ensuring brand consistency and high-impact messaging.The role is split approximately 50/50 between:Project Work (Product Launches) Artwork & Content CreationKey ResponsibilitiesProduct LaunchesManage end-to-end product launch processes (including translations and localisation)Create and localise marketing assets (banners, emails, setup sheets, videos)Update product information via in-house platforms and email toolsLiaise with translation agencies and content vendorsArtwork & Content CreationDeliver ad-hoc design assets (event graphics, banners)Create static and short-form video content for social mediaCoordinate photoshoots and produce AI-generated, multi-language videosEnsure brand consistency across all outputProject ManagementManage creative requests and project timelinesUpload and maintain product assets on internal platformsCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders for translations and communicationsExecute multi-language email campaignsOversee translation projects with in-house and external reviewersPerson SpecificationEssentialStrong experience in graphic design, video editing, and HTML coding Comfortable using a Mac-based environment Excellent project management and communication skillsWorking knowledge of AI toolsProficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Microsoft OfficeExceptional attention to detailDesirableCIM qualification or currently studying toward itExperience in IT industry marketing Fluency in a second European language (preferred but not essential)Salary & Benefits£32,000 – £34,000 per annumAnnual bonus (typically 15–20% of salary)24 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)Generous pension scheme Private medical insurance Travel reimbursementSubsidised gym membership and lunchLife assurance and more For this role, the successful candidate will be required to work on-site on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with the remaining two days flexible for remote work.Working hours for this role are either: Option 1: Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)Friday: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM (30-minute lunch breakOption 2: Monday to Thursday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch break)Friday: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM (30-minute lunch break)Apply NowTo be considered, please submit your CV and a portfolio showcasing your graphic and design work.
