Overview: Chef Trainer Do you have a wide variety of experience as a Chef and are looking for more work/life balance? We might just have the opportunity for you! We are looking for an experienced Chef who enjoys training and instructing, passing their knowledge onto the next generation of Chef professionals. This is a full-time, permanent position WFH (working from home). Learners are located in London. You must have a background in cooking from scratch and at least 3 years' experience in a Chef position in an independent hotel or restaurant (at least 3 years Chef de Partie level for example) to be considered for this position. Chef Trainer: Salary and Expenses The role is full-time, permanent £31.5-£32.5k starting salary EOT Bonus - additional £1500 tax free if company targets are reached Monday to Friday, no unsociable hours or weekends Home based and flexible working - manage your own diary Excellent employee benefits package including Medical, Dental Full travel expenses paid from your doorstep 25 days annual leave + BHs All equipment including laptop, mobile phone Further career opportunities with award winning, industry leading training organisation Purpose of the role: Chef Trainer Once qualified (TAQA and AET), you will be managing a caseload of Chef learners (mixture of Level 2 - Level 4) both remotely (via telephone, video, email) and visits to the learner in their place of work. Coaching and mentoring the learner through to completion of their Chef apprenticeship qualifications. Full training and qualifications are fully funded and provided by the employer. Chef Trainer: Essentials A minimum 3 years industry experience in a Chef de Partie, Sous Chef or Head Chef position in an independent Hotel or Restaurant You will be based from Home, covering London and the surrounding area A mixture of home working/remote and visiting learners in their place of work once/twice per week in and around London and the surrounding area Full Training and qualifications are funded and provided by the employer With an award-winning training provider, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
